We meet for a free, one-hour deep dive to review your assessment together — identifying strengths, gaps, and priorities. This ensures any recommendations I make are realistic and aligned with your capacity.

Step 3: Customized Assessment Report & Strategic Roadmap
I develop a detailed report with key findings, strategic recommendations, and a prioritized action plan with both short- and long-term implementation pathways. You leave this step with clarity and direction, regardless of whether we continue working together.

Step 4: Scope of Work & Project-Based Proposal

My consulting services are priced by project, not by the hour — so you know the full cost upfront with no surprises. Project fees are scoped based on the complexity, deliverables, and time involved, and are tailored to your organization's specific needs.
As a general guide, targeted à la carte projects (such as a volunteer handbook, recruitment plan, or CRM setup) typically start around $500–$1,500. Comprehensive multi-deliverable engagements generally range from $2,000–$5,000+ depending on scope.
For organizations that need ongoing, hands-on support beyond a single project, I also offer fractional consulting — serving as your embedded volunteer program specialist on an hourly basis for an extended period. This is ideal for nonprofits in a growth phase, navigating a leadership transition, or building out a new program until a dedicated staff member is hired or your team is fully trained to take it forward independently.
